This charming one bedroom studio is located in La Veleta, a quiet neighborhood of Tulum town. 10 min drive to the beach, 5 min bike ride to the center of town. The neighborhood is a mix of traditional rustic houses and super modern residential homes, a mix of locals, expats and tourists. The studio has a queen bed in the bedroom area with ample closet space. The living space has a fold out futon in the living area, a dining table for seating for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large luxurious bathroom with a walk in, rain head shower. We have parking for you directly in front of the condos, our road is a dirt road, but we are only 5 minutes from the main avenue. The condos are very private with a swimming pool. There are four units total, it is quiet, peaceful, and will feel like your little home away from home. There is a really great vibe and energy here. It's very safe, we have a caretaker that lives on the grounds as well as an expat as a long term tenant. We recommend our space for people who want to explore all Tulum has to offer and come back to your home away from home.
