The project is inspired not only in Frida Kahlo’s amazing life but also in Mexico’s great culture, art, and traditions, offering all that in your stay.
The garden is programmed to help you heal and release any energy you no longer wish to carry with you. The first of its kind in Tulum town, it uses solar panels to generate 80% of the electricity and it has a modern biodigester to treat organic residues.
The private rooms are thematic, representing aspects of the Mexican Culture and Folklore. Spacious, clean, fresh, all with private bathroom and a little terrace facing the jungle. The suites, named in honor of great Mexican culture icons, provide you with the comfort of having a separate bedroom, your own kitchen, a small living room, and a spacious private terrace. The dorms are clean, spacious, with single beds (not bunks) and full bathrooms ensuite.
Surround yourself by the beauty of nature. The singing of the birds in the morning will wake you up and the chirping of the crickets at night will accompany you in your dreams. The facilities are designed to provide a pleasant and fresh stay every day of the year; nevertheless, it has ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in most.
In its beautiful botanical garden, you will find fruit trees and other local fruits and herbs. It has a hammock site where you can lay down below bamboo trees and listen to the water running from the well, a great place to arrive and chill after a day of exploring the area.
