Casa Selva is built in a tall jungle, only a few minutes away from one of the world’s best-kept shorelines, Xpu Ha (between Tulum and Playa del Carmen) with white coral sand and endless blue Caribbean water. You will find spider monkeys, ocelot, jaguars, lizards, deer and of course the common coati, the long-tailed raccoon.
The villa nestles on top of the Yucatan peninsula’s typical cenote ground, which means there is fresh water on the lot, just a few steps from the house in an underground stalactite cave where the wild animals come to drink.
All rooms are carefully designed to make the most of the day, bouncing natural light to illuminate the rooms. It also has its own energy plant adjusting to your specific energy requirements.
Spaces are open and functional. The two main ensuite bathrooms have private jungle views directly from the baths. The living room and kitchen allow for great cooking and dining.
