For your amusement, the villa offers satellite television with DVD, VCR and CD player. It also features a balcony from which spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed. During your stay at the complex, you are allowed to use the exclusive tennis court (please bring your equipment).
Moreover, you are entitled to swim in the lovely, shared swimming pool, which is surrounded by comfortable beach chairs. A BBQ grill is available too. For your convenience, this villa is located about 20 steps from the sea and less than 5 minutes from downtown, local amenities, and the ferry to the Isle of Cozumel.
