Located in a section of Playa del Carmen affectionately referred to as "Little Italy," the Athena Condos is super conveniently located on the east side of the popular pedestrian thoroughfare 5th Avenue. The location puts in one block from the beach, one block from popular beach clubs Mamitas and Kool, and within walking distance to just about everything else Playa del Carmen has to offer.
The building is centered around an inner courtyard, where you'll find a nice pool and lounging area. The condo's entrance is itself located on the ground floor, off to one side of the pool.
Athena Condos Playa del Carmen is about 30 Mins from the airport (on normal traffic conditions).
