Once inside Villa Serenity, take your shoes off, walk past the beautiful and inviting open-concept living space, open the expansive sliding doors and feel the warmth of the powdery white sand under your toes.
With a cozy outdoor dining area, a beach palapa and palms framing the crystalline water of the Caribbean, it is easy to believe – you are in a tropical paradise.
Going back inside the house, you will notice a spacious living area centered around a large flat-screen Satellite TV, a cozy indoor dining room large enough to seat 8 people and a gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen that boasts granite counter tops and the high-quality appliances.
The beach level of the house also features a large guest bedroom furnished with 2 single beds and an adjoining bathroom. The large glass sliders open this bedroom to postcard perfect views of Aventuras Akumal Bay and the beach.
The entire upper floor of the villa is dedicated to 2, charming Master Suites that are mirror-images of each other. The upstairs is designed, so each bedroom has two large private terraces – one facing the turquoise water of the Caribbean and the other showcasing lavish jungle views. This is an excellent feature because you get to see both – the vibrant sunrises over Aventuras Akumal Bay and the gorgeous tropical sunsets over the Yucatan Jungle. At night, when both glass sliders are opened, refreshing sea breezes fill the room, reminding you that the sea is just a stone’s throw away. Naturally, both Master suites come with a king-sized bed, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Villa Serenity Akumal is about 1:45 Hrs from the airport (on normal traffic conditions).
